Polyamide raw materials for the production of Sausage Casings
Because of its good mechanical and barrier properties as well as its good processability, polyamide is widely used as a raw material for the production of sausage casings. They are used in blown film as well as in bioriented film.
We offer Grilon F, Grilon C, Grilon BM, Grilon MB and Grivory G- and HB- grades and Grilamid L grades. T. By combining our polyamides (e.g. Grilon F with Grilon C, BM, and MB and/or Grivory G grades), even in the same layer, the properties of the final film can be enhanced significantly.
Whether you produce small or big calibers, mono- or multi-layer casings, with good or excellent barrier, we can offer the optimal material combination to meet your customers’ requirements.
